How do I place an order with you?

Simply view the product you are interested in, if the product can be personalise you need to add you personalisation before adding it to the cart.


I have clicked the 'ADD TO CART' button but nothing is happening.

If this happens you need to personalise your gift before you add the product to the cart. To do this look a bit further down the page on the product you are interested in and there is an area to personalise your gift.


Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to take orders over the phone.


How do I exchange or refund an order?

Is shopping with you secure?

Yes shopping with us is 100% secure, we take the security of your information very seriously, at no time do we see, hold or keep any of your payment information.

The only thing we do see are your name, address and order details which we need to send your order out to you.

We DO NOT share your details with any third parties.

I have entered the incorrect personalisation details, can I change them?

If this is the case then you must contact us immediately by email CLICK HERE, if your order has already been sent for processing then unfortunately we will be unable to change your order.
